We check in with Ingrid. This week she is back in Florida taking care of mum and dad. Luckily all is well with on the downing of a tree after the hurricane.


In the second hour of the program today, a bit of an exception for a Monday, we have a guest. Always nice to welcome to the studio Anita Littesy From the Veterans of Foreign Wars  (VFW Auxiliary 3835).

After a scandal here in Panama whereby some doctors/hospitals/pharmacy’s were taking advantage of the billing to cheat the system, it is believed to be in the area of $67 million over the years. So we are chatting about an event to give advice to veterans on the available health services etc… see the flyer.


Yazmin takes a look this morning at who was born on todays date in the world of music, and today we have?1957 – Steve Lukather American guitarist, singer, songwriter, arranger and record producer who with Toto had the 1983 US No.1 & UK No.3 single ‘Africa’. Lukather has recorded guitar tracks for more than 1,500 albums including the guitar solo for Olivia Newton-John’s 1981 No.1 single ‘Physical’, Michael Jackson’s ‘Beat It’, and was also heavily involved in the recording of virtually all of Jackson’s Thriller album.
