Dra Rodsella Arangundi joins me this this morning to chat about depression, anxiety etc. Although mental health be being recognized more internationally it is still a topic that needs more attention. Today we look at the pressures that young people have to deal with, the need to perform, the influences of social media etc. You can also pick up a copy of the book “Rompamos el Silencio” which helps explain and reviews the topic in Panama over the last year.
