In the second hour today we take a trip out of our comfort Zone on Cool FM as the chat about Death Metal music. With us is Jean Muschett (Guitarist) and Israel “El Capi” Pellot from the Panama band Athica. We talk about the genre, Athica’s particular style and their success. Athica leaves next week on tour in Europe culminating at the Waken Open Air festival in Germany.

The PRD deputy Roberto Abrego was sworn in on Thursday afternoon as the president of the Credentials Commission of the National Assembly during the celebration of its first meeting.

The deputies that make up the Government Commission of the National Assembly, where the package of reforms to the Constitution will be discussed, chose their new board of directors.

The Legislative Body issued the rules to which the 71 deputies must adhere to hire personnel through the temporary form 002.

The  Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) lowered by $834 million the estimate of current revenues of the central government for the closing of the year that had the past administration.

The mayor of the capital,  José Luis Fábrega , endorses a proposal to “decentralize” the delivery of the vehicle license plate.

The President of the Republic, Laurentino Cortizo , received on Thursday, July 18, a report on the progress made in the organization of the Central American and Caribbean Games, Panama 2022.
