In the eight o’clock hour of this Fridays program I am joined on the phone by the Head of Mission of the US Embassy in Panama Stewart Tuttle, Mr Tuttle explains how U.S. citizens living in Panama can cast their ballots for the 2020 elections and also about an agreement signed between the U.S. Embassy
