We take a trip out to Gamboa today with Mayuli Pinilla the Marketing and Sales Director for the Gamboa Rainforest Reserve. In particular we take a look at the Don Cayman 
Restaurant, it sits right on the banks of the Chagres river, there you can see the ships, the trains and of course the Cayman’s and Turtles. Check out a great menu with their new chef Andres Chang.
