Special guest in the eight o’clock hour this morning Chef Rachael Pol joins us. Chef extraordinaire, Rachael has made a huge Patacon, a ginormous Arroz con Pollo and an enormous Sancocho. This led to the formation of “El Pailón” and this years feat is the making of 8,000 Hojaldres at Parque Omar on the 11th and 12th March.
Also today Ingrid’s Freaky Fun Facts for Friday is all about sleep, or in her case lack of it. Yazmin takes a look at what we can be doing it and where and when. plus a couple of this day in music tracks.
