“Connect them with Education” This is a project by Fundacion JUPA, and talking to us about it in the last hour today is Marci Mizrachi.

“The Panamanian Jewish Foundation (JUPÁ) launched the collection “Connect them with Education”, a collection campaign of used computers, laptops and Ipads in good condition. The goal is for 250 school children Our Lady of Mercy del Chorrillo and the San Pedro Nolasco school in Burunga,

Arraiján, have access to virtual education at home during the coronavirus pandemic. We´ll be collecting them from May 31 to June 15. The pilot plan in both schools is to collect 250 items (computers, ipad, desktop, laptop) in good condition with screen, keyboard, battery, power cable and mouse.

Smartphone cell phones will be accepted and equipment with missing parts will also be accepted.”
