What a great way to start the day, tasting some great wines, too early? No as one of our listeners pointed out…. it was 8:30 in the evening in Bangkok. Australian wines are the subject to day starting with a wonderful white Sauvingnon  Blanc, a sparkling shirazs and a Cabernet Sauvignon. Carlos Mata is the one who takes on our journey and joining us this morning a wonderful lady Chichita Ibañez.
