Ingrid checks in from El Valle today, yes she is back from the US, and exhausted, not from travelling form watching last nights Superbowl! Also we check in with Yazmin to see how her weekend went. Also, Yazmin takes a look this morning at who was born on todays date in the world of music, and today we have? 1943 – Eric Haydock British musician, best known as the original bass guitarist of The Hollies from December 1962 until July 1966. He was one of the first British musicians to play a Fender Bass VI, a six-string bass. 1937 – Roberta Flack American singer who had the 1972 US No.1 single ‘The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face’. Clint Eastwood chose the song for the soundtrack of his directorial debut Play Misty for Me. Flack also had the 1973 US No.1 & UK No.6 single ‘Killing Me Softly With His Song’. Flack was the first artist to win the Grammy Award for Record of the Year in two consecutive years: ‘The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face’ won in 1973 and ‘Killing Me Softly with His Song’ won in 1974.
