The Ministry of Health (Minsa) announced this Sunday, that in the last 24 hours, 1,275 new positive cases of Covid-19 and 21 deaths were registered. After these cases, the accumulated contagion figures increase to 81,940 and the total number of deaths to 1,767. The fatality is 2.2%. In the last hours 3,306 tests were applied, for a percentage of positivity of 38.6%, informed the Minsa through a statement.

The Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office reported this Sunday, that it opened an investigation for the alleged commission of the crime of embezzlement of use to the detriment of the Urban and Home Cleaning Authority (AAUD), after observing that an official vehicle was used to transport guests to a party, during full quarantine.
