An easy shoe in to a new week which will be otherwise busy… We take a rummage around my music collection, your requests and some perhaps not so interesting OMG facts!


The plenum of the  Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ) did not admit an appeal for constitutional guarantees presented by Ricardo Martinelli, against an oral ruling delivered on September 18, 2018 by Judge  Jerónimo Mejía -then acting as judge of guarantees-, during one of the hearings of the intermediate phase, for allegedly spying on opponents of his government.

The Sixteenth Criminal Circuit Court of the first judicial circuit requested the  Tribunal Electoral (TE) to lift the electoral penal jurisdiction to Giselle Burillo , who is a candidate for deputy of the Central American Parliament (Parlacen), for Cambio Democrático.
