In the last 24 hours, 25 new deaths were reported in the country due to Covid-19, which now totals 1,096 accumulated deaths and a 2.0% fatality.
This was revealed this Sunday, July 19, by the Ministry of Health (Minsa) in its epidemiological report, which highlighted that 1,207 positive cases were detected.
During the last epidemiological week that ended yesterday (July 12 to 18), 7,929 cases of Covid-19 were reported, which represents 580 more infections than those registered in the previous week (July 5 to 11).
