Good morning, as we start a brand new week. Ingrid catches up with her every day story. And she is getting ready for a trip into town this week so it will be an every day story of Urban/Suburban.

We check in with Yazmin, find out how the weekend went, and also she takes a look for us at who was born on this day in the world of music: 1951 – Chris Rw, British rock and blues singer-songwriter and guitarist, who had the 1989 UK No.10 single ‘The Road To Hell’. His 1989 UK No.1 album Road To Hell spent 76 weeks on the chart. In America he is best known for the 1978 hit song ‘Fool (If You Think It’s Over)’. His band The Beautiful Losers received the Melody Maker Best Newcomers award in 1975.
