What a busy morning, Dr Computer Alex Neuman is with us, it has been a while so goo to have him back. We chat about quite a few topics but coming to the fore is Artificial intelligence (AI).
In the last hour we have Isabel Vallarino, President of Fundacion Cultura Gastronomica. It is all about “THE TUTIPLÉN CONTEST, which is a contest designed for cooking students in Panama, offering as a prize a paid internship in a restaurant with a Michelin star in France for two of them. This project of the Gastronomic Culture Foundation seeks to promote exchange of culinary cultural between Panama and France, revitalized after the pandemic to become the most important culinary competition in Panama. “Every dish we make unites our cultures and creates flavors wonderful.” said Isabel Vallarino, President of the Culture Foundation Gastronomic; “we seek to eliminate borders by providing valuable opportunities for emerging magical hands of the Panamanian food industry through of our efforts as a foundation,” Vallarino noted. The 2024 edition is close to its grand finale, symbolizing the fusion of cultures inspired by the culinary collaboration between Chef Alexandre Fabris and Panamanian Chef Charlie Collins in 2020.
