In the epidemiological report of the Ministry of Health (Minsa) it was highlighted this Wednesday, January 13, that in the last hours 29 new deaths were reported due to Covid-19.  3,315 new positive cases are reported, for a cumulative total of 288,408.  16,267 tests were applied, for a percentage of positivity of 20.3%, which shows a decrease. With the 29 new deaths registered in the country, there are 4,594 accumulated deaths , with a fatality of 1.6%.  While 2,653 are hospitalized, 2,424 of them are in a ward and 229 are in an intensive care unit

Health authorities confirmed yesterday that mobility by gender is not restricted with the new provisions to control the advance of the new coronavirus that came into effect  today .  The Minister of Health, Luis Francisco Sucre, stressed that as of today, some companies begin to work normally within what is possible and that mobility requirements have to be facilitated for everyone who goes to work, be it a man or woman.

The Minister of Commerce and Industries (MICI) clarified that starting today it will not be necessary to use a safe conduct to mobilize, amid the measures that were announced to stop the advance of Covid-19 .
