Great to have Dr Computer with us this morning (Alex Neuman). No particular topic this morning but we find ourselves and listeners reminiscing on the tech as we used to know it and how quickly it has developed. Especially in the area that we work in, recording and interviewing and how the audio technology has advanced. Also our listeners tell us about their old computers and how they used to work and only and kilobytes not Megabytes! My favorite tools to use right now for (latest gadgets) the Osmo Pocket 2 camera with its own gimble head. Also the DJI mic system!

Yazmin takes a look at who was born on this day in music… 1966 – Mark McLoughlin, (Marti Pellow), singer with Scottish band Wet Wet Wet who formed in 1982. They are best known for their 1994 cover of The Troggs’ 1960s hit ‘Love Is All Around’, which spent 15 weeks at No.1 on the UK charts.
