His training also includes courses and diplomas in  master practitioner neurolinguistic programming, the neuroscience of your potential, ethical leadership, leadership of excellence,  life coaching with design thinking, strategic and organizational leadership and neurosciences  applied to companies, among others. This solid foundation has allowed him to address leadership challenges  from a comprehensive perspective. During his career, he managed the fraud prevention area and was a member  of the fraud prevention committee at the Superintendency of Banks of Panama, which  provided him with a deep understanding of the critical aspects of financial security.

Today, his passion focuses on helping emerging and middle management leaders strengthen  their leadership, driving positive changes in companies. As a leadership speaker and TEDx Speaker 2022, he has shared his knowledge and  experiences at inspiring conferences.  He has also expressed this knowledge in his two books: “Transcends-Principles of impactful life and leadership” and “Where there is a desire, there is a way.”

With more than 200 hours dedicated to coaching and mentoring processes on a personal and  professional level, his focus goes beyond imparting knowledge; It seeks to sow dreams,  revive hopes and awaken dormant possibilities in each person who has the  opportunity to influence.
