Carolina with Gerry

Special guest in the last hour of this mornings program is Carolina Friere from Ponte en Algo. This is a great website that basically acts as a broker between NGO’s and those that want to donate their time as volunteers. This is run by Carolina’s foundation that is Voluntarios de Panama, the special program being launched is a program for people with particular talents that would like to volunteer, for example Alfredo Hidrovo the percussionist responsible for Luna llena de tamores who is working with the program.ponteenalgo

Also whilst rummaging around the Internet there is the story of the Dutchman who is devoting his time to make dead animals fly! Yes it is true he made a drone from his cat Orville and is looking at making a flying cow that you can actually fly in! Desperate for content today….. Absolutely not!!flyingcat
