Our guests on today program. in the second your today we have H.E. James Dauris the UK ambassador to the Republic of Panama. We chat about his experiences and impressions of Panama since his arrival. The UK opportunities in working with the newly installed government. I also brought up the question as to whether Panamanians need a visa when visiting the UK, Happy to say that nothing has changed and for Panama passport holders for short stays (3 months) there are no visa requirements.
In the last hour Marie Schwarz joins us. Marie at an event last night where she received her sash as one of the Miss Universe finalists for Panama. We talk about a number of the experiences that Marie has had, and also about her just released EP Called “Home Run”.
“With this debut EP I blend my Panamanian roots and childhood memories through sports I was exposed to, it’s a nostalgic journey into the music of the ’80s and ’90s, which is my biggest influence.” Panama, June 21, 2024. Pop singer and songwriter MARIE SCHWARZ releases her first album titled Home Run, a four-song record that pays tribute to her great-grandfather’s legacy in Panamanian baseball.
