What a confusing week, we had a holiday yesterday for Panama’s Mother’s Day and both Yazmin and I were thinking it was Monday again! Our guest in the 8 o’clock hour today is Peter Olsen, Peter is the Agricultural Attaché to the United States Embassy. We chat about Peters role within the Embassy but especially about “Sabor USA” which promotes the culinary specialties between the US and Panama.
