In the last hour of today’s program Jaime Cherigo is back with us. As mental health day is today, it is a good time to take a look at how you can learn to relax and try to retrain the mind to help avoid such issues as anxiety. Jaime gives some good advice and how to try to sent the brain in a different direction. One thing that works for me is for the brain to concentrate on listening to a talk show for an example which enables me to fall asleep easier.
