The epidemiological report of the Ministry of Health (Minsa) of this Monday, August 16, highlighted that in the last 24 hours there have been 11 deaths due to Covid-19, bringing a total of 6,962 accumulated deaths, for a lethality of 1.6% . On the other hand, 9,937 people are reported in home isolation, of which 9,635 are at home and 302 in the so-called hospital hotels. There are 460 hospitalized throughout the country, 344 of them are in a ward and 116 in an intensive care unit.
