The Ministry of Health (Minsa) reported, this Monday, August 31, 917 new cases and 7 deaths in the last 24 hours.The tests carried out in the last 24 hours were 5,596 for a percentage of positivity of 16%, says the statement.
The President of the Republic, Laurentino Cortizo , said that he has listened to the calls of business unions requesting a more expeditious economic reopening. However, President Cortizo was clear and pointed out that he does not share that suggestion.
