Moments like the ones we are going through are certainly full of challenges, but they are also opportunities for companies to reinvent themselves and adapt to changes.

Apart from querying the lockdown numbers, we chatted about something nice and nutritious and comfort food… Egg in a hole! The key is lots of butter and making sure your bread is nicely toasted.
I add a little more butter in the hole before dropping my eggs. For perfect eggs, cook sunny side up for about a minute or two then gently flip and let it cool for about 25-30 seconds (for a nice funny yoke and cooked whites.)
Serve with the crunchy, buttery hole for maximum dipping!!
The new coronavirus has left a total of 136 dead in Panama, which means that 10 patients infected with the virus have died in the last 24 hours.
