On this mornings program we chat with our special guest, Aaron Romero who is the head of marketing for LG Electronics. Having just got back from CES 24 we have plenty to talk about. Perhaps on of the most interesting pieces of tech coming to CES this year is the “see through TV”. Well, usually when shown at CES it does not hit the shelves for about a year minimum, but Aaron believes that it is likely to be available in the US from LG later in 2024, no price point yet but you may need a mortgage.
As always we check in with Ingrid for our everyday story of country folk as she heads off for Florida for a while. Yazmin, she finds a new gym and is off to an event in the afternoon. We do find someone that was born on this day in the world of music… 1950 – Bill Cunningham The original bass guitarist and keyboardist for the American group The Box Tops who had the 1967 US No.1 & UK No.5 single ‘The Letter’. Though under two minutes in length, the record was an international hit by September 1967, reaching the Hot 100’s No.1 position for four weeks, selling over four million copies, earning a gold disc, and receiving two Grammy Award nominations.
