Busy morning today, in the eight 0’clock hour we have on the line Sra Raisa Banfield to talk to us about CINC (Centro para la Integración de la Natural y la Cuidades). “Today, the pandemic presents us with a unique opportunity to rethink the way we relate to the city, the
challenges and opportunities we have to develop an integrated, prosperous and healthy city. As the 6th most unequal country in the world, the covid-19 crisis has exposed major deficiencies in our country, economic, social and health inequality are negatively impacting any strategy to control contagion.
The city of Panama has an enviable natural wealth that is threatened with development models that do not integrate that wealth as a resource. Raisa Banfield looks the relationship that the City has had with this wealth throughout its history and reflected on what happens when the limits of our environment are transgressed and why we must rethink the development that we have had so far.”

It is Tuesday so we are back in the kitchen with our Feisty Foodie Sara… We are still in the Lock-Down and for the kids it is starting to get tough, as it is for us all. Sara is keeping busy in the kitchen and this week we have some hints 
about making perfect French Toast. Also Sara find success in selling on Facebook Market Place… Something I had not even considered, so I am off to get rid of some stuff!!
