We have Nigel Fossey with us from Kings College. Nigel is the Chief Academic Officer for the Kings Group. KC Panama is currently going through their inspection and Nigel is here to help and advise. We chat about many facets of education today including the inclusive education, the ability to apply learning to accomplishments and issues of mental health of pupils.

In the last hour today our Feisty Foodie Sara Solomon is back with us and the topic? To refrigerate or not to refrigerate. That is the question! Today we’re discussing items that don’t belong in the fridge, so maybe you can even free up some space today! Some foods actually get worse in the fridge and lose flavor or can go moldy more quickly! Can you name 10 items that don’t go in the fridge?


Within the package of constitutional reforms the deputies included a proposal that was not in the draft of the Council for the National Development Agreement: a limitation on independents.

The constitutional reforms that this Monday, October 28, would be approved in the third debate in the National Assembly continue to generate questions between different sectors of civil society.

This last weekend, the sectors of El Chorrillo, Santa Ana, San Felipe, Calidonia, Perejil, Albrook, Bella Vista, La Cresta, Ancón, Balboa, Diablo, part of Clayton, Curundú and surrounding areas were left without potable water supply.
