Today we have the opportunity to talk to Julio Montes de Oca, director of coastal resilience for Audubon Americas – National Audubon Society.
Developed by Panama Audubon Society and National Audubon Society, the project will provide solid scientific information to guide a smarter and more sustainable development, as well as the preservation of the services provided by coastal ecosystems. In coordination with the Ministry of the Environment of the Republic of Panama, the US$2.3 million project is managed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and with resources from the UK Blue Carbon Fund.
