Joe May visits from “Downunderland” his property in the Interior. It is all about Sustainability and Permaculture. The art of planning and growing plants that compliment each other and the natural environment. “In ecology, sustainability is the capacity to endure; it is how biological systems remain diverse and productive indefinitely. Long-lived and healthy wetlands and forests are examples of sustainable biological systems… and once again that is what permaculture is all about.” Check out the website for more infomation.
Tuesdays are no complete without our Feisty Foodie segment. Sara Solomon firstly brings in superb Aged Canadian Cheddar cheese from Canada and to compliment a bottle of “Montes” Cabernet from Chile…. It’s five o’clock somewhere! As we are coming up for St Valentines Day, the topic is foods to get you in the mood apart from Oysters.
