Joe May visits from “Downunderland” his property in the Interior. It is all about Sustainability and Permaculture. The art of planning and growing plants that compliment each other and the natural environment. “In ecology, sustainability is the capacity to endure; it is how biological systems remain diverse and productive indefinitely.
