In the eight o’clock hour we chat with Carolina Freire founder and director of Ponte en Algo. ” For 10 years, www.ponteenalgo.com has mobilized Panamanians into volunteer work in support of you, our partner organizations. We started in 2012 with 50 non-governmental organizations, and today we are a community of more than 230 organizations that work hand in hand with volunteers, for a fairer and more supportive country. This week the platform is renewed to provide a better service to society, achieving with this transformation, www.ponteenalgo.com is consolidated as a national hub to do good. In the last hour of the program we link up with Vivian Davila, communications and public affairs manager Ford Central America and Caribbean. “In order to continue promoting sustainability and accelerating the conservation of natural resources by empowering communities towards a more sustainable future, Ford Central America and the Caribbean announced today the call for entries for the 21st edition of its annual Ford Environmental Grants program, which will take place from June 6 to July 8, 2022.”
