Cindy Raiscos from the company Recimetal (A private recycling Company who collect different types of materials like: paper, plastics, glass, tetrapak, carboard, non ferrous metals (cooper, aluminium, aluminium cans, brass, stain steal) also ferrous metals. We process those material and send it to different countries who use that material as raw material to do new products. We process around 2500 tons per month, so if companies like us doesn´t exists that material would be garbage) chats with us about the recycling business. What can and cannot be taken for processing. The different types of plastics and where you can take them.


Of course on a Tuesday we get our cooking and foodie tips from Sara from Solomon’s Deli, today… “So, for those of us who remember the colours and flavours of fall, I thought I’d share some seasonal recipes, especially with Canadian Thanksgiving coming up this Monday, October 14th. Now, when I say fall…of course we don’t get the beautiful colours, but we can certainly remind ourselves, by using some of those beautiful fall spices and ingredients.

What ingredients come to mind when I say Fall??? The most obvious is…Pumpkin Spice!  Probably because they put it in everything around this time of year!

Butternut squash? Cinnamon and nutmeg? Turkey? Apples and caramel? Maple? Cranberries, ginger, cloves? All of the above”


A call to the Panamanian authorities to take the measures that guarantees the full exercise of press freedoms and expression was made at the General Assembly of the  Inter-American Press Association (IAPA), meeting in Coral Gables , United States, from 4 to 7 October 2019.
