In the second hour of this mornings program we have with us actors Diego Duque and Adrián Makala to talk to us about the upcoming play “Luna Nueva”.

Based on a true story from the crime news of Panama City, will be released very soon. Luna Nueva is a play about love and the beginning of a new opportunity, a drama that reflects on migration, human trafficking, femicide and the popular heroes and heroines of Panamanians, divided into five scenes, through the individual testimonies of the actors.  Internationally renowned actors such as Miroslava Morales and Adrián Makala, who once again reunite to work together, accompanied by Diego Duque, Eddie Agrazal and a special appearance by Lissette Condassin. That is why I would very much like to see the possibility of you giving us a courtesy interview in the next few days and sharing with your audience about this great production.

And in the last hour big welcome back to Ximena Eleta de Sierra , Co-Director of the PRISMA Festival. Here´s the information and you can also see the calendar of events here: check out the info here

Panama, September 2024. Once again, the Panamanian capital will be the epicenter of contemporary dance in the region, celebrating the 13th edition of PRISMA – International Contemporary Dance Festival of Panama from October 11 to 19. This internationally renowned cultural event will bring together 59 artists, technicians and choreographers from various countries around the world and 10 Panamanian dancers. This year, and for the first time, a company from Latin America will be in charge of closing the festival.  For this edition, the contemporary dance group MiCompañía (Cuba/Spain) will have the honor of closing the festival with the presentation of the piece “Infinito” , a creation by the Spanish-born choreographer Susana Pous . The piece is a kind of introspective journey that invites us to travel a path that cannot be followed without understanding the past. Through this journey, we discover that through family and our ancestors we connect our memories, secrets, experiences, conflicts and silences, as well as those we inherited from the beings that make up our family tree. The performance will take place on Saturday, October 19 at 8:00 pm, at the National Theater.
