Andres Clemente is back from his vacations and with us this morning. Taking his look at what is on at the movies, today we take a critical look at “Moana 2”. So what is his verdict? “Came in with low expectations but was pleased with the story development, sadly, my fear of song quality became a reality. The songs lack the Lin-Manuel Miranda luster and it affects the quality of the overall film. Still great world building and character development.”
WE have our daily check in with Ingrid and also Yazmin who takes todays look at who was born in the world of music. Today a great favorite of mine: 1940 – David Gates. American singer-songwriter, musician and producer, best known as the co-lead singer of the group Bread, who scored the 1970 US No.1 & UK No.5 single ‘Make It With You’. His song ‘Popsicles and Icicles’ hit No.3 on the US chart for The Murmaids in January 1964 and The Monkees recorded another of his songs, ‘Saturday’s Child’.
