Andreas is with us this morning for our weekly look at the movies. This week we have a movie that all three of us have seen. “Ballerina” a supposedly John Wick film… I thought it was one of the worst films I have seen (so it will probably be a big hit!). What did Andres think? As all movies in the franchise, it’s very fun to watch, and the main reason, by far, is the fight choreography: No quick cuts, like the Bourne franchise, just full body, never cut fights. The story lacks a little bit, and the change of director is felt. Still why not keep continuing the franchise. I will say, I don’t know how long the legs can be for it, its on the verge of becoming a Fast and Furious “same thing everytime” kind of thing.

In the last Hour today from Ballerina to an actual Ballet. Swan Lake is going to be performed, to tell us all about it? Verónica Arosemena Méndez Director of International Cooperation with the Ministry of Culture. A graduate in Social Communication and public relations, she has dedicated much of her professional life to cultural management, producing cultural publications and music albums, among others. She currently manages the Ministry’s relations with embassies and multilateral organizations, seeking to create and promote new opportunities for our talents internationally. “Swan Lake” returns with the National Ballet after 25 years.
