A fun morning this morning, in the second hour we celebrate Fathers day, playing some father relevant music and thanks to MyCupKeto we give away some cakes to winners of our trivia questions to do with famous Fathers. We are doing it today as I will not be here tomorrow or Friday, having some eye surgery!
Ingrid checks in and Yaxmin takes a look at who was born on this day in the world of music: 1941 – Reg Presley Singer, songwriter with English garage rock band The Troggs, who had the 1966 US No.1 & UK No.2 single ‘Wild Thing’ and the hits ‘With a Girl Like You’ and ‘Love Is All Around’ (which was covered by Wet Wet Wet in 1994, and stayed at No.1 in the UK for fifteen weeks).
