WTW, Welcome To Wednesday. We have Andres with us this morning and two movies have been under his critical gaze. The First “Your Place of Mine” did not fair well. Andres’s comments? “Your Place or Mine is a lazy film, It’s just too neat. Dialogue is calculated, it’s always a beautiful day, everybody is wealthy, nothing really to worry about, and the only thing you need to do for the movie to end is for the characters to say “I like you”. A sure fire miss for both stars.”
The second review for this week has faired somewhat better “Shotgun Wedding” . “If you look in the dictionary for the word Dumb-fun the poster for this film will appear. Its got a megastar, interesting premise, a lot of violence, some good and some very bad dialogue, and lots of slapstick. Turn off your brain for less than 2 hours and enjoy.”
