Gramo Danse, the only professional contemporary and aerial dance company in Panama, celebrates International Dance Day with the virtual event called VIRAL DANCE. The event will be held on April 29 from 5:30 to 6:30 pm at ZOOM. It consists of improvisations guided by CÍA dancers.   Despite the global confinement in which we currently live, on April 29 the International Dance Day is celebrated and commemorated with different and creative manifestations on digital platforms. “Art manifestations and, in our case, dance are invaluable in these moments when we are all looking for different forms of entertainment. Difficult times like the one we live in tend to be times of creativity for the artist. We reinvent ourselves every day with the purpose of offering our art to the public ”highlights Katherine Bucktron, Executive Director of Fundación Gramo Danse. With the motto “let yourself be infected”, CÍA. Gramo Danse presents VIRAL DANCE, which consists of dance improvisations guided by the dancers of the company who invite all people of all ages who want to move as they please to the rhythm of the music. It is not necessary to be a dancer to participate and move. The important thing is that many diverse people come together to celebrate this special day and enjoy the dance either moving or looking.
