The epidemiological report of the Ministry of Health (Minsa) for this Tuesday, September 29, registers 576 new cases of Covid-19 and 16 deaths in the last 24 hours. The tests applied in the last 24 hours were 4,234 and the percentage of positivity is 13.6. The director of the Metropolitan Health Region also announced that the effective reproductive number of cases (Rt) or average value of the infection rate rose from 0.96 to 1.00. However, it is a good value, as the ideal is 1.00 or less.

The administration of President Laurentino Cortizo will allocate up to $ 75 million to government entities charged with dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic.
