Andres is with us this morning for our weekly look at what is on at the movies. One that Yazmin and I had not heard of is “Thanksgiving”, a slasher horror movie. So what was Andres final comments? “A fun slasher film with a Holiday theme; its actually pretty surprising that the idea of a Thanksgiving horror movie was not done before. Eli Roth, no stranger to gore and slasher films, knows not to take his movies too seriously and asks the audience to go on a dumb but really fun genre movie. Watch at home with light off and plenty of snacks”
Ingrid also checks in with us and Yazmin, she takes a look at who was born in the world of Music on the 6th December. Today we go back to the year, 1948: Linda Creed (also known by her married name Linda Epstein), American singer-songwriter and lyricist who teamed up with songwriter-producer Thom Bell and co wrote hits for the Stylistics, including ‘You Are Everything’, ‘Betcha by Golly, Wow’ and ‘You Make Me Feel Brand New’. Whitney Houston recorded her song ‘The Greatest Love of All’ for her 1985 self-titled debut album.
